What are Biomechanics?

Biomechanics is simply the study of how your body moves. Think of your body like a well-designed machine, where every joint and muscle works together, much like the gears on a bicycle or the parts of a clock. When everything moves in balance, movement feels smooth and efficient. But when one area isn't working as it should, other parts have to work harder to compensate. Over time, those extra demands can create tension, tightness, and pain.
