1. Google: The Leader in Carbon-Free Energy

Google is currently widely considered the leader in Sustainable Intelligence due to its early and massive investment in clean energy.

  • The Strategy: Google has committed to operating on 24/7 Carbon-Free Energy by 2030. This means they don't just "buy credits" to offset carbon; they aim to power every data center with clean energy every hour of every day.

Microsoft is pioneered the "Circular Center" concept to address hardware waste.
