As the founder and visionary behind Kinetic Kinship, Jennifer’s journey in the software industry began in the 1990s, giving her a front-row seat to the evolution of technology. She spent years mastering the complexities of support and operations before moving into product strategy and design. Her extensive experience includes building clinical-grade healthcare applications for major national health research organizations, with the last five years focused on working with cutting-edge AI powering these tools. Jennifer ensures our product meets the highest standards of professional integrity. She is the architect who ensures our tools serve as a reliable bridge between complex science and the person using the app.

Melissa: Chief Brand Officer

Bringing the essential human element to our high-tech mission, Melissa serves as our Chief Brand Officer. With a diverse background as a professional artist and a teacher of English and ESL, she is the expert in Strategic Simplification. Melissa translates dense scientific concepts into inclusive messages that are instantly understandable to anyone. Her visual eye for aesthetics, combined with her experience in education and language, ensures a superior user experience with Kinetic Kinship.

Darren: Chief Technology Officer

As our CTO, Darren is the engine that makes our vision move. Darren has a rare understanding of how things work from the ground up. Whether he is rebuilding a car engine, crafting furniture, or architecting complex cloud code, he approaches every challenge with a builder’s mindset. He translates the Map, Mend, and Move methodology into the high tech reality of our software. Darren ensures our platform is as sturdy and well crafted as a race car or handmade table.
